This Wedding Expo was such an amazing event. Inexpressible Moments was invited to come and showcase a reception in their Cameo room. Megan decided to go with a gold, blush, ivory, & burgundy color scheme.
We were given 5 tables to decorate as well as a sweetheart table. Megan designed 3 tables to be uniquely different. They complemented each other so well. The picture above shows one of the tables which included an amazing floral display by Floral Expressions by Jennifer. The floral vase was found on amazon like a lot of the decorations that were used. Every table had gold chargers which were found at the dollar store with burgundy fabric napkins. She used 2 gold votives at each table and a gold table number. Wanting to add a touch of blush she used cheesecloths to run in the center of the tables.
As you can see, the tables looked absolutely stunning together. The eucalyptus really added romantic vibes to our tables. Floral Expressions by Jennifer also included some arrangements for bud vases.
Then it was time for the sweetheart table. Megan found these beautiful gold candle sticks at home goods to go in front of the sweetheart table. We found some adorable Chapagain classes at hobby lobby, and the beautiful burgundy sparkle table clothes was from amazon. To set the romantic vibes we added a glass vase with a gold rim in the front of the table with a lit candle. We used extra florals from Floral Expressions by Jennifer and made this table absolutely beautiful.
Lastly, we had to set out even table. Megan had a box of random decorations that went with our color scheme, and we made the most out of it. You can see below we started with a plain white table. The only thing we wish we would’ve considered is a backdrop. But honestly, we still had a beautiful display. Megan found this rose gold sparkle tablecloth on amazon, along with the candle sticks and holder (which were also used in one of the 5 reception tables).
We used a sign bought from hobby lobby and transformed it into an Inexpressible Moments sign for the table. We used photos from previous wedding Inexpressible weddings contributed in. We used a lot of items that is in the rental inventory. There will be a full detailed inventory rental list on her website shortly.
It was a LONG day. We got there at 9:30am, set up until about 12:30pm. Went to get lunch, and came back to be there for any other vendors that may need some help and to see some of our favorite vendors before brides started coming.
The doors opened at 5 until 8pm. And the rooms were PACKED with beautiful brides and their loved ones. We met SO MANY amazing women and men this night. Brides who were approaching their wedding dates, and brides who were awaiting their 2023 wedding. The rooms were also packed with amazing vendors from all over the DMV area.
Directly across from our table was Party Plus Tents & Events. The men who were there were so friendly and so talented!! Their display was SOOO BEAUTIFUL and is one of our new favorites to recommend to brides when looking for different rentals.
We met a very sweet creator at AR Workshop in Columbia, MD who hosts many bachelorette events. She brought so many different event night designs brides could choose to pick from for a fun girl’s night out!!
One of your long-time favorites were there too. Like Kindly R.S.V.P. Designs was in the room next to us. The owner’s name is Rachel, and she designs custom invitations for weddings & more!
Rachael Zajac was there, and she is a non-denominational wedding officiant, and one of Inexpressible Moments top recommended!
One of a kind Furever & Fur Always was there for all the dog parents!!
There are so many amazing Photographers & DJs for weddings. We were so happy to see Heather & Rob Wedding Photography there displaying some of their breathtakingly beautiful photographs of previous brides & grooms. As well at Tyler Reith Photography who brought us both a coffee since he knew we had been there all day. It was exactly what we needed!! THANK YOU AGAIN TYLER!! Christine from Silver Orchard Creative was there. Dance Masters Entertainment was there in the room where the reception was showcased. We saw DJ Korey with a K, and DJ Paul T.
There were so many other amazing vendors we got to see and meet at this event that I haven’t mentioned. But if you’re in need of any vendor please reach out to Inexpressible Moments and we will provide you with a list of our preferred vendors!
